Comments: I may have been bitten by a brown recluse. I wanted to know how I could tell by studying the wound.
How long should I wait before I see a Dr. There is a specific shot for this spider. What is it?
PS. I didn't see a spider. I just have a pretty sore spot on my leg that is very sore and swollen (1/2 inch)
Reply: Joe, I would recommend that you see a doctor immediately as it is not worth taking the chance of waiting in this sort of case. I don't know what the "shot" is but I am sure your doctor could also advise you on this.

Why don't you have a description of them on your site, as they can supposedly give a pretty nasty bite.
It had a white dot on its abdomen, but didn't argue with the Mortein
